What would be the best way to schedule this game?

So I worked on a turn-based strategy game I want to do in a game computer. The problem is that I have absolutely no programming experience and do not know anyone who could do for me. So what I need is either a program that allows me to create interactive media, without having to actually "program" or very simple language I could learn easily and quickly. This game is very simple in terms of graphics and physics, as indeed there. Originally designed as a board game, so I really need a program that allows me to create "pieces" and move, and do a little math to things calculatecertain (probability includes a scroll is part of the game). Oh, it's a war game, if anyone was interested. Thanks!
